Coffee In Pregnancy


Are you addicted to coffee? Does it wake you up or get your heart beat racing? Well, It does the same to your child. Try to avoid coffee or any other drink with caffeine during pregnancy.

Consuming coffee(caffeine) in large amounts(about 4-5 cups/day) during pregnancy can lead to underweight babies and even miscarriage.

It you still can’t do without it, reduce it to 1-2 cups per day. This should be the maximum amount of caffeine you consume each day – including coffee, soft drinks, energy drinks, etc.
